The KICKBOX process
Validate and pilot your idea and create your dream solution
RedBox
Validate Box
The RedBox phase lasts 2 months. Your goal is to validate your idea and its potential. Therefore, you get a 1000 coins budget, 20% of your work time, access to experts and much more. Eventually, you will present your idea to senior leadership.
BlueBox
Proof of Concept
If your idea is approved, the BlueBox phase starts. You will run a proof of concept working alongside your segment leadership. Beside that, you get access to coaching sessions, sprint workshops and many useful innovation modules.
GoldBox
Implement Phase
After you prove that your idea had a real business potential, you will get the GoldBox. Congratulations, your dream has come true! Your project will be sponsored as a segment initiative for development and deployment to real customers.
